PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT + BRANDING
StakRax is a product designed, developed, branded, and marketed as my senior thesis. Using Tetris shapes as an inspiration, I wanted to create unique and usable shelving system that could be displayed as art, or utilized in funciton.
Objective
Challenge: To create a product from the ground-up to sell at UWM’s Fuse Design Show. Challenge includes, market research, product research, product development, branding, and packaging.
Solution: I wanted to create a product that would double as an interior aesthetic as well as a functional organizational tool. I decided my target audience would range from 18 to 30 year-old’s who grew up in the dawn of the video game era. Using reference from Tetris shapes I created a multi-purpose organizational tool to be hung on the wall or set on a desk-top.
